In the evening, after dinner, but before bedtime, and still feeling a bit hungry?
Knowing that 6 small meals are much better then 3 large meals, we present to you some tips for the last meal of the day, before bedtime:
* A bit of yoghurt (preferrably with 0% fat) with some pieces of fresh kiwi or apple
* Surimi sticks
* Raw carrots
* Cherrytomatoes
* Slices of apple with cinnamon and sweetener, warmed up in the oven, or baked in a pan
* Pieces of fresh pineapple
* A few grapes(not too much, grapes contain more sugar then most other fruits)
* Low-fat chocomousse made of black chocolate
* Strawberries with sweetener (no sugar)
* (Water)melon in small blocks
* Mushrooms filled with light boursin cheese in the oven
* Some radices
